How to play
- Tilt the device and the balls roll the way gravity points. Shake it to rattle them around.
- Tap a ball to kick it. Swipe into a ball from outside it to kick it the way you swiped.
- Touch a ball and keep your finger on it to hold it, anywhere on it, even in mid-air. Drag to move it, and let go to throw it. Each finger can hold its own ball.
- Pick a ball up and the Dynamic Island turns into a hungry dog's mouth. Push the ball into it and it gets eaten. Balls that are kicked or thrown at it just bounce off.
- The coral button opens the settings. Drop the balls, at the top of the Ball section, drops them again and brings back any that were eaten.
Settings
- Sound: the first switch, at the top.
- Ball: choose one of seven balls, the size (S, M, L, or Mix for every ball its own size, the default), how many (up to 30 small ones; by default as many as a mix holds, 24), the face, and the room (cream, marigold, ice, felt or bouncy).
- Physics: gravity, bounciness, grip, air drag and more. Changes apply live. Reset to defaults at the bottom puts everything back.
- Feel: haptics and their strength, impact effects, motion smear and screen jiggle.
- Display: night mode (off, on, or match your system setting), and Use the notch area: on by default, the balls play all the way up around the Dynamic Island or notch, which they bounce off like a wall. Turn it off for a band across the top.
- Replay: share a video of the last 10 seconds.
The balls don't move when I tilt
- Check that the device isn't lying perfectly flat. Tip it so one edge is lower.
- Gravity starts at half strength, for a floatier feel. For real-world weight, raise Gravity to 1.0 in Settings → Physics.
I can't feel or hear the bounces
- Turn up Haptic strength in Settings → Feel, and check that Haptics is on.
- Check your device's vibration settings in Settings → Sounds & Haptics.
- Sounds follow the ring/silent switch, so switch it to ring to hear them.
Why are the balls asleep?
Leave them alone for a few seconds and they nod off. Tilt, shake or tap to wake them up. When everything is still, LilBounce also slows down to save battery.
