LilDock for macOS · Effective September 29, 2026

LilDock doesn't collect, store or share any personal data. It has no account, no analytics, no ads and no network access. Everything stays on your Mac.

What LilDock keeps on your Mac

To remember your setup, LilDock saves a few settings in its own preferences file on your Mac:

These never leave your Mac, and nobody else can see them.

What LilDock can see

LilDock runs inside Apple's App Sandbox. It doesn't ask for Accessibility, Screen Recording, camera, microphone, location, contacts or any other permission.

Hiding the macOS Dock

The “Hide” and “Show the macOS Dock” buttons only copy a command to your clipboard and open Terminal. LilDock never runs the command itself; you decide whether to paste it.

No tracking, no network

LilDock contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code and doesn't connect to the internet. We don't know who uses it or how.

Purchases and crash reports

LilDock is sold through the Mac App Store, so Apple handles payment. We never see your payment details. If you've chosen to share analytics with developers in your Mac's settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports; these are covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

LilDock collects no data from anyone, including children.
