Privacy Policy

LilVibe for macOS — last updated 26 September 2026

LilVibe collects nothing. No personal data, no usage data, no analytics, no identifiers. The app has no account system, and every scene and sound is bundled inside the app, so nothing is streamed or downloaded.

What LilVibe stores on your Mac

LilVibe saves your settings — the scene you picked, volume, whether video is on, whether wallpaper matching and launch at login are enabled, and similar preferences — locally using the standard macOS preferences system. These settings never leave your computer. Deleting the app removes them.

Your wallpaper

If you turn on wallpaper matching, LilVibe sets a still image of the current scene as your desktop wallpaper. Before it does, it remembers which wallpaper each of your displays was using, so it can put them back when you turn matching off. That reference is stored only on your Mac. LilVibe never copies, uploads, or modifies your wallpaper images.

What LilVibe does not do

Crash reports

If you've chosen to share analytics with developers in macOS settings, Apple may pass anonymous crash reports to us through App Store Connect. That's controlled by you and by Apple, not by LilVibe.

Children

LilVibe is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes on the Mac App Store.
